CGV Expanded Links — Terms & Conditions

CGV Expanded Links is a research service that helps users find capital gain distribution estimates and related information published by mutual fund and ETF firms.

We organize links, dates, notes, and related information to make year-end research easier.

Your purchase is intended for:

One primary user, plus one assistant who supports that user.

It is not intended to be a shared login for an entire firm, department, office, or organization.

You may not resell, sublicense, broadly share, or transfer access to Expanded Links.

We may review login and usage information to identify possible misuse or widespread account sharing.

You may use Expanded Links for your own research and, if you are a financial professional, to help serve your clients.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy or redistribute a substantial portion of the CGV database;
• Publish or resell our compiled links, dates, or notes;
• Use CGV data to create a competing product or database; or
• Use automated scraping, crawling, or similar tools to systematically collect CGV information.

Normal research use is fine. Repackaging our work is not.

Most information in Expanded Links comes from fund companies and other third parties.

Fund companies may revise estimates, change distribution dates, move documents, remove pages, or decide not to publish estimates at all.

CGV works hard to keep Expanded Links accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that:

• Every fund or estimate will be included;
• Every link will remain active;
• Every item will be error-free or immediately updated; or
• An estimated distribution will ultimately occur.

Before making a trade, tax-planning decision, client recommendation, or other financial decision, verify the current information with the fund company or another authoritative source.

The absence of information in CGV does not mean a fund will not make a distribution.

Expanded Links is an information and research service.

Nothing provided by CGV is individualized investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

CGV links to websites and documents operated by third parties.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.

The price and access period are shown at checkout.

Because Expanded Links is a digital product generally available immediately after purchase, sales are final once access has been provided, except where required by law or where CGV is unable to provide the purchased access because of an error on our part.

We may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, fraud, attempts to bypass security, or other material violations of these Terms.

Serious or repeated misuse may result in termination without a refund.

Expanded Links is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGV is not responsible for investment losses, trading losses, tax consequences, lost profits, or other damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or changed information.

CGV's total liability relating to your use of Expanded Links will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable access period.

We may update Expanded Links or these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website.

These Terms are governed by California law.
